The 60 m² property includes a living room with sofa bed, a bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to four people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for remote work, a television, a washing machine, a dryer, and a baby cot. Bed linen and towels are provided. Nearby, you will find a bike rental service, grocery stores, and several restaurants. For beach lovers, the nearby beaches include Ster Vras, Donnant, Deuborh, Bordéry, and Les Poulains. Free street parking is available. Pets and smoking are not allowed. This property features a convenient self-check-in system. Please respect the peace of the village and avoid occupying undesignated parking spaces. Note that the house does not have a large outdoor area, but the beautiful Ster Vras beach and the picturesque port of Sauzon are only a 15-minute walk away. For safety reasons, the use of the wood stove is only permitted upon prior request to the owner.
